Julissa “Juli” Nixon, MSW is the founder of Social Work Expat, where she provides consulting services bridging social work and artificial intelligence. With a certificate from Berkeley Law, Juli is currently the only AI-certified professional social worker in the United States.

Juli is a proud graduate of the UConn School of Social Work and has over 15 years’ experience spanning social work, healthcare, education, law, and government. Her background gives her a unique perspective on leveraging AI ethically and inclusively.
