Atlantic Packaging & A New Earth Project / Sustainability Educator and Advocate
Lyn Tally cares deeply about how we live, work, and care for the planet. Her journey has been shaped by a dedication to personal well-being and mindful living. After a career as a professional ballet dancer with the Boston Ballet, Lyn experienced burnout from the intense pressure and pace of that environment. This turning point sparked a deep curiosity about how we can stay dedicated to what we love without compromising our well-being.
Driven by this curiosity, Lyn spent nearly two decades in corporate wellness, guiding people to manage stress and reconnect with themselves through her UNWIND® program. She helped individuals and teams release unnecessary pressures, rediscover ease, and cultivate a more present, joyful way of working and living.
In 2022, she transitioned into the world of sustainable packaging with Atlantic Packaging’s A New Earth Project, discovering how personal well-being and environmental health are intricately connected. Immersing herself in eco-friendly solutions, responsible recycling, and the impact of packaging on our world, she found new ways to help people—and businesses—slow down, make mindful choices, and show up better for the planet.
Lyn brings curiosity, joy, and a commitment to simple, satisfying living to everything she does. She’s passionate about weaving mindfulness and sustainability into life and work, believing a slower, intentional approach creates a plentiful future for all.
