Dr. Leonard Moore is the founder of EmployAbility, LLC, a consulting company aimed at improving outcomes for persons with disabilities in the workplace. Dr. Moore has over 15 years of experience in workplace development, specifically in the area of vocational rehabilitation. He has worked with various populations including at-risk youth, ex-offenders and persons with physical and mental health impairments.
