Kat Leitner is the co-founder of Allora and plays a central role in shaping the firm’s growth through strategic business development and community engagement. Known for her ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships, Kat is passionate about connecting with business owners and helping them navigate human resources solutions that support sustainable growth.

At Allora, Kat partners closely with small businesses to identify people-related challenges, reduce risk, and implement practical HR solutions that create clarity, consistency, and confidence. With a strong focus on employee relations, policies and procedures, and organizational structure, she helps business owners reclaim their time and build stronger, more compliant teams. Allora’s mission—Educate, Evaluate, and Execute—is reflected in Kat’s hands-on, relationship-first approach to delivering thoughtful, customized people solutions.

Kat is also the co-owner of Allora Events, a boutique event design and planning company serving clients nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience in event planning, she leads the creative vision behind curated nonprofit galas, fundraisers, and large-scale community events, as well as elevated wedding and social celebrations. Allora Events is known for producing intentional, memorable experiences that tell a story, engage guests, and drive meaningful impact—particularly through long-standing partnerships with nonprofit organizations.

A graduate of Presbyterian College, Kat also studied at the University of Technology Sydney and James Cook University in Cairns, Australia. She remains deeply involved in her community as a member of Presbyterian College’s Young Alumni Board, the Junior League of Charleston, Together SC, and several philanthropic and professional organizations. She is also an honored recipient of Who’s Who in America in Business and Finance.

A dynamic presenter and connector, Kat regularly speaks at local and regional events and hosts the weekly “Business Solutionaries” podcast, where she shares real-world insights and conversations focused on the everyday challenges facing small business owners.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys time at the beach, antiquing, and life with her two office sidekicks—Gracie, her spirited Bernedoodle, and Rooster, her playful Goldendoodle.
