Sarah FrickThe Works

The Works / Founder of The Works Sweat Studio, The Works Renew and Co-Founder of The Works Cycle

For two decades, Sarah Frick has found strength, healing, and human connection through teaching power vinyasa yoga. A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, she opened and operated two power yoga studios in Charleston for 10 years, and sold both at the pinnacle of their success.

In an effort to create something beyond “just” a fitness experience, The Works A Sweat Studio by Sarah Frick was born. The Works Method is extremely physical, combining heat, vinyasa yoga flow, cardio, core, sculpt, body strength work, meditation, and oh-so-much heart work.

On the business side, Sarah has a strength for hiring the right people and then sticking by them. As a leader, she believes in the power of learning peoples’ names, having hard conversations, and learning to listen. It’s how she was able to grow The Works to five studios in five years, and reach seven figures in year one.

When she’s not on the mat or in the saddle, Sarah brings heart talk to hard topics on her podcast, Are You For Real? With Sarah Frick, which has more than a quarter million downloads. In the studio, behind the scenes, or on air, she’s honored to offer platforms for women to feel, fight, find grace, and grow.
