Jerry Hardt Nuun Hydration – CFO
Jerry is the current CFO of Nuun Hydration. He has a two-decade track record of financial and operationally leadership to organizations as they scale. Jerry has been a leader in companies such as Expedia, Utilx, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Sahale Snacks. Jerry has shown a lifelong commitment to closing opportunity gaps for marginalized populations, focusing much of his energy at the intersection of underserved children and education. In his previous advisory role as a board member and Treasurer for The Martinez Foundation, Jerry was instrumental in granting scholarships to teachers of color, subsequently placing those teachers in communities that over indexed with students of color and ESL, in Washington State’s K-12 classrooms. In his current role at Nuun, he has been a leader in the implementation of pay equity best practices, increasing transparency and ensuring fair pay. Jerry has an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
